Welcome.

* Thanks for stopping by to see what I had to say, think, or what have you. I’m a little new to this, if there are any discrepancies, just let me know I can take a little constructive criticism. So, I’m a 22 year old, senior Marketing major from a north Louisiana city called Shreveport, LA. I have a 3.0 GPA, I like to play football, golf, and also read to educate my eternal learning brain so that I can stay one step in front of my competition and I’m an only child. I’m also a socialite that throws house gatherings, goes out to tailgating parties and my select group of friends always sit in the student section to cheer, chant, and chuckle our football team to a victory. In 2004 and 2005 I was the Managing Editor of Jaguar, school yearbook and currently I am the Student Advertising Agent for the school newspaper at Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA. And I just happen to be the President of the College Republicans.
I did research to find out what political parties are even about, I would always ask “What is the difference “ and the majority was my family, who are mixed but with African American, so I guess that does make them black, and they couldn’t tell me anything about it. I concluded that I am a republican voter! What do I do? What will my family think of me being a-- “REPUBLICAN”?? But at any rate, I chose it and after realizing that is what my “forefathers” actually did vote in the days of the radicals-
I face issues everyday differently, and have to carry myself in a totally different manner, not because I’m an intellect, not because I’m outspoken, not because I’m “light-skinned”, but just because I’m a BLACK (-REPUBLICAN)!!!! what happened to diversity, respect for the opinions of others and understanding} -all this was dismissed when I registered here...

Now that we see how I have basically scorned myself, on the BIGGEST HBCU campuses, I am trying to educate my peers on our history and also promote an independent-thought process. This is so that we are not just voting for who our parents “told” us to vote for or not even researching and willingly, staying dumb to be forever outdone by other races! –Well, I noticed a flyer on my campus that read-

American Fascism:
The Case for the Impeachment of George W. Bush
Hear Political Science’s own Dr. Samuels present American Fascism and the impeachment of President Bush. It will be a great discourse.

I was sort of pissed and appalled at the same time. And then I noticed that there will only be a one-sided opinion and no diversity ANYWHERE… I reached out to my sister-college republican affiliates over at LSU. And now u r updated…
